877bit Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between 877bit (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "877bit", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers upon, deposits funds into, or in any way interacts with the 877bit platform accessible at 877bit.site and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, clicking any registration confirmation button, making a deposit, accepting any bonus offer, or placing any bet or wager of any kind on 877bit, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 877bit platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, privacy policy provisions, and responsible gaming guidelines published on the 877bit platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflicting document explicitly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the 877bit platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or any other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 877bit or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, payment processors, or software vendors.
• You have not previously had an account on 877bit closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not self-excluded from online gambling platforms, whether through 877bit's own self-exclusion programme or through any relevant third-party responsible gaming programme.

877bit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in suspension of the relevant account pending resolution. Accepted identity documents include but are not limited to: Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), valid Pakistani passport, and Pakistani driving licence.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on 877bit at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or any other identifier — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account on 877bit, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity documents, a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number in your sole possession and control, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You further agree to promptly update any registered information if it changes at any time during the life of your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 877bit login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your 877bit account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your 877bit account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until you have formally notified 877bit of unauthorised access via [email protected].
• 877bit will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full financial details via unsolicited communication. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 877bit immediately.
• You must notify 877bit immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, shared, or accessed without your authorisation.

877bit reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse registration to any individual, to close any account at any time without prior notice, and to void any transactions associated with an account found to have been registered in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on 877bit are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted on 877bit for deposit and withdrawal purposes, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned where technically possible. 877bit is not liable for any delays in deposit processing caused by the payment service provider, banking infrastructure, or network conditions beyond 877bit's reasonable control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are ordinarily processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to identity verification completion, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment, and any ongoing account review. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month; current limits are displayed within your 877bit account wallet section.

877bit does not accept deposits made with borrowed funds, funds intended for purposes other than entertainment, or funds that belong to any third party. Players are urged to deposit only amounts they can comfortably afford to lose as part of their entertainment budget.

877bit offers various bonus and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who are in good standing on 877bit (i.e., whose accounts are not under review, suspended, or subject to any restrictions).
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any portion of the bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms and may not be altered retroactively once the bonus has been activated.
• Bonus funds may only be used on game categories eligible for wagering contribution under the terms of the specific bonus. Certain games may contribute 0% toward wagering requirements — always check individual bonus terms before wagering.

• 877bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect bonuses already activated by eligible players.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, or exploiting any platform error — will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of all balances.

All games available on the 877bit platform — including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL live betting, 877bit Casino live dealer games, slots, bingo fishing, and all other interactive gaming products — are subject to their individual game rules as published in the respective game interface or help section. By placing any bet or participating in any game on 877bit, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

Sports Betting: All cricket and sports betting markets on 877bit are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL, the International Cricket Council for international matches). In the event of any dispute regarding settlement, 877bit's decision following review of official match data shall be final and binding.

Live Casino: Results of all live dealer games on 877bit Casino are determined by physical game action (real cards, real roulette wheel, etc.) conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. All live game results are recorded and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute. In cases of technical error causing game interruption, 877bit will apply the following hierarchy: (a) honour the result if a clear outcome was reached before interruption; (b) void the round and refund stakes if no clear outcome can be determined.

Slot and RNG Games: All slot and random number generator-based games on 877bit use certified RNG technology. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 877bit platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without recourse:

• Registering more than one (1) account on 877bit under any circumstances.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• Using the 877bit platform while under 21 years of age or otherwise failing to meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the 877bit platform in any capacity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or funds that do not lawfully belong to you.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the 877bit platform in any way, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or extracting data.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or manifest mistake in any game or bet offer on 877bit, and failing to report it immediately to 877bit support.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or any competitive game format.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which 877bit accepts bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 877bit staff member, support agent, or other player through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the 877bit platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to conceal your true geographic location.

877bit employs technical monitoring systems, fraud detection algorithms, and human review processes to identify prohibited conduct. 877bit cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will disclose relevant account and transaction information where legally required to do so.

877bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental rules published on the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime pending investigation.
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial compliance body.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account was registered using false or third-party identity information.

Fund Return on Closure: Where an account is closed by 877bit for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered primary payment method within fourteen (14) business days of account closure confirmation. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable under any circumstances.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, 877bit reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money balances, in accordance with its regulatory obligations and anti-fraud policies. 877bit will provide the account holder with written notification of the reason for closure via the registered email address where legally permitted to do so.

877bit is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. All registered users are entitled to access the following responsible gaming tools free of charge at any time by navigating to the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single continuous gaming session. Upon reaching the limit, you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. Upon reaching the limit, all betting and gaming activity on your account will be suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 877bit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any of the following, all of which are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, broadcasting, or transmitting any 877bit content by any means.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting any data from the 877bit platform.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any 877bit software or game content.
• Creating derivative works based on any 877bit content without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 877bit intellectual property will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil liability or criminal prosecution under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 877bit excludes all representations, warranties, and guarantees in relation to the platform, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of any information provided through the platform.

877bit shall not be liable to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information stored in your account.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any nature.
• Any loss arising from technical failure, system outage, internet disruption, payment processing delay, or any other event outside 877bit's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any content, odds, or information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or erroneous.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 877bit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments: 877bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to the Terms, 877bit will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 877bit's operating entity is incorporated, as notified on the platform from time to time. 877bit operates under an internationally recognised gaming regulatory framework, and all operations are conducted in compliance with the requirements of the applicable gaming regulator.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and 877bit arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting 877bit customer support at [email protected]. 877bit will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a written complaint. If informal resolution is not achieved within this period, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedure specified by 877bit's applicable gaming regulatory authority.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by any court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any applicable game-specific rules, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 877bit in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.
